We Are more than a team.

We Are A family.

Donna Lynch | Founder

In 2004, Donna lit the spark that would become Welcome Home when she staged a neighbor’s house out of her own possessions. Today, that spark is represented by 20 employees and over 20,000 square feet of warehouse space.

Donna brings her 30 years of experience in the furniture industry to Welcome Home. She owned her own furniture business for 21 years and later worked in sales and design, staging showrooms at the North Carolina and San Francisco furniture markets. Donna was merchandising sales floors with the latest furniture and accessories long before anyone had heard of home staging.

She lives in Alamo with her husband and enjoys traveling and spending time with her grandchildren.

Tanya Dari | President

Tanya joined the Welcome Home team in 2011. A Bay Area native, she grew up in a family that has been in the furniture industry her entire life. Design and architecture have always been an interest for her, so it was a natural transition to home staging.

Tanya excels in managing a multitude of tasks from design to operations. Customer experience is her utmost priority; she has the unique ability to successfully fulfill design needs and facilitate smooth operations and logistics for Welcome Home.

She lives in Walnut Creek with her husband and three children. When she’s not working she enjoys daily Peloton rides and the occasional - albeit rare - night out with friends..

Karen Heyman | Staging Manager

A native Canadian, Heyman brings a calm, easy-going demeanor, and many years of interior design talent to the team since May of 2017. She loves the "instant gratification" of a stage and has mastered "choosing art" for each stage. Her keen eye on spatial design makes her a specialist in inventory selection for a staging project. When she's not managing a team of stagers, she enjoys a good Netflix binge or a great book.

She has a daughter and son and lives in Lafayette with her husband.

Michele Deering | General Manager

Since May of 2020, Deering has used her retail management, entrepreneurial skills and creative design to assume the role of Welcome Home's General Manager. She has an uncanny ability to keep the tight-knit crew organized and moving forward while maintaining her unique sense of humor. She has two daughters and lives with her husband in Dublin. When she's not juggling the many hats she wears at Welcome Home, she's planning her next vacation where she's wearing a big hat on the beach and reading the latest romance novel.

Carole Sinclair | Special Projects

A SoCal girl with Iowa roots, Sinclair offers her marketing, public relations, retail and entrepreneurial experience to the team since June of 2022. She loves collaborating with the talented staging team, working on special events for the company, assisting with social media, and following design trends. When she's not helping with staging projects, she enjoys riding her horses Smokey & Hank, yoga, and re-watching every episode of Ted Lasso.

She has two daughters and lives in Lafayette with her husband and dogs, Brody & Paso.

Teresa Hrubesh | Accountant

Hrubesh has been with Welcome Home since July of 2014. Her primary responsibilities include all-things-financial - from processing payments to assisting our ever-increasing in popularity parking lot furniture sales. Her keen eye on corporate finance makes her an invaluable addition to the team. Her supportive disposition and her willingness to always roll-up-her-sleeves to get a job done is admired by everyone at Welcome Home. When she’s not working, she geeking out with her “side-hustle'“ as a tax practitioner.

She lives in Pleasanton with her cat Rubie. When she’s not working, “taxing”, or with friends and family she dreams of her next Lake Tahoe escape.

Grace Shragal | Dispatcher

A Danville native, Shragal has been adding her creative talent, spatial design and communication skills to Welcome Home since March of 2017. You will see her utilizing her skills assisting renters in the selection of furniture, working dispatch to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and keeping inventory fresh and up-to-date -- all while making others around her laugh. Some of her extra curricular activities include hiking, making jewelry and traveling.
