Keeping it all in-house allows us to have full control over your stage, including delivery dates and times, inventory choices, competitive pricing and quick turnaround times.
Our Process
Standard timeline of a stage:
Schedule consult/preview with Welcome Home
Meet at property to discuss staging goals and photograph areas to be staged
Client receives staging bid/proposal, to-do list, and contract
Schedule date of stage and return signed contract with payment information to hold date
Design concept developed
Delivery of furniture on staging day
Staging team arrives to tune layout and complete stage
Agent/client arranges professional photography
Property listed on MLS, open house
Sell property and confirm contingencies are lifted

Stagers remove all accessories and furniture collected by delivery truck
