At 21,000 square feet, our warehouse is the largest in the Bay Area and full of our own furniture. We have a fleet of vehicles and a team of full-time employees. Keeping it all in-house allows us to have full control over your stage, including delivery dates and times, inventory choices, competitive pricing and quick turnaround times.

Standard timeline of a stage:

  1. Schedule consult/preview with Welcome Home

  2. Meet at property to discuss staging goals and photograph areas to be staged

  3. Client receives staging bid/proposal, to-do list, and contract

  4. Schedule date of stage and return signed contract with payment information to hold date

  5. Design concept developed

  6. Delivery of furniture on staging day

  7. Staging team arrives to tune layout and complete stage

  8. Agent/client arranges professional photography

  9. Property listed on MLS, open house

  10. Sell property and confirm contingencies are lifted

  11. Contact Welcome Home to schedule destage

  12. Stagers remove all accessories and furniture collected by delivery truck
